About Us
At KC Power Clean, we are all about timely, professional, and quality property maintenance services. Although the bulk of our services are exterior cleaning/maintenance services, we also offer several other services that not only help increase property values but can lead to a better quality of life. We strongly believe that having clean and orderly environments helps foster better internal and interpersonal relationships, whether at work or at home.
Company History Highlights
2006- On August 28th, KC Power Clean is officially launched with big dreams at the LA County Clerk's office.
2007- Kris Cook works hard with a bucket and a squeegee in the back of his truck as a means of working his way through college.
2008- Marriage, graduation, and the need for a bigger business vision. Exterior pressure washing/steam cleaning services are offered and client base grows steadily.
2009- Matt McQueen joins the team full-time and immediately the business doubles into a two-rig operation.
2010- Service list grows steadily as does the list of happy customers. Special projects this year included cleaning the scoreboards at the Angels Stadium, the Dodgers Stadium, and the Honda Center.
2011- We see our first action in states other than California as we travel into Arizona, Minnesota, and even Milwaukee for some large and exciting cleaning projects. With the addition of another great member like Chad to our team, we have been able to handle bigger projects all while not sacrificing any of the quality.
2012- We move our operations from Fullerton to Brea and we add a key member, Cory Klein who helps cultivate the vision for long term growth.
2013- The addition of several team members and multiple rigs helps KC Power Clean grow to a team of 8 employees and have their best year yet.
2014- The highlight of 2014 was working with several large sporting venues such as The Rose Bowl, Honda Center, and Levi Stadium (Home of the 49'ers).
2015- Highlight of the year was finishing an 186 Starbucks store project that covered the entire State of CA. Also, we moved into an industrial shop that allowed for this growth, increased production and smoother workflow.
2016- The team continues to grow and develop with our largest being 15 employees. Part controlled chaos but the need for more systems and organization helps us keep the madness to a minimum.
