KC Power Clean

Over the last 3 days, we have had both trucks and trailers working full-time in Irvine, CA. We have just finished a 3 day project in which we washed 38 3-story fourplex buildings in the beautiful community called the Auburn Community. This is located in the greater Northpark community in Irvine.  The Home Owner's Association seems very pleased with the work that was performed, and it was nice to have homeowner's come out after the wash and thank us for cleaning up their house thoroughly.  Feeling appreciated by a kind word from a homeowner is one life's simple pleasures!

This was one of our larger projects, but we finished a day ahead of schedule. Additionally, we washed all the courtyards at this community.

Today we power washed all of the curbs, sidewalks, and drive area at the Westin Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.
When ordering a power washing service, it is important that you hire a company who not only cleans the sidewalks, but also the adjoining concrete curbs.  By washing this little extra area, we can really make the area feel much cleaner. 

Many people don't realize how dirty curbs can get, so they collect a lot of rubber from crazy drivers who can't keep their tires off them.

During a recent gutter cleaning service I noticed that there several cracked concrete tiles at our customer's house near the chimney (coincidentally close to the recently installed satellite dish).
Knowing it was the proper thing to do, I alerted the homeowner that I noticed several cracked tiles while on the roof cleaning the gutters.  She was highly disappointed that she wasn't aware of the situation and asked what she should do.  I searched the van and noticed that we had some outdoor contractor adhesive left in the vehicle so I decided to take care of the situation.
